Likely stacking their first grade, absolutely pathetic.

Hope they get spanked today and spend an eternity in super league.

Teams spend all year complaining about not scheduling all their reserve grade games then when they actually get to play they forfeit

NWSF By-Law 9.3.8.1

Should a Premier League or Super League squad forfeit 2 or more games in a season due
to insufficient available players, the Club must present a case to the DM for their
inclusion in the Premier League or Super League Competitions for the following season.
The DM will then determine if the said Club be relegated to the All Age Competition for
the following season

Well then…

i guess they'll have to plead their case should they stay up.

Story is they have had a few season ending injuries, on top of your normal niggles throughout the season.

Plus a few out with covid this week.

Every team is dealing with season ending injuries and covid

With all the games ressies have missed this year it's absolutely fucked that they're forfeiting

Why don't Ryde Saints just fill their team with AA or over 35s if they don't have the numbers? Like every other team does. They're taking the Michael

Agree with the above point.

just get aa, u21 to play up.

If they are serious about staying up, they should do that.

I wonder if they are going to forefeight ressies va north Epping?

So Saints forfeited a midweek Ressies catch up game and couldn't find a couple of fill ins from 16/1's, 18's, 21's or AA3 let alone had enough of their squad who had played enough games in Ressies to qualify? Ditto for yesterday?

Most Clubs picked a few extra players in their squads this year with the risks of COVID. It shouldn't be an excuse.

In the past some Clubs have turned up with 16 players and still played both games.

Will Saints be asked to provide proof of all the positives and injuries if they have to go to the DM??

catch up.

Yesterdays game one can understand if it's forfeited.

But i don't understand the midweek game being forfeited. Just play what you have available.
