Yes North Ryde beat West Penno 2-1 last night.

It was a competitive match all the way through and a great defensive effort from north ryde. 

Don't be so certain they're being relegated yet, currently St Pats are favourite to go down with the draw of both teams for the final 3 matches.

WPH ressies still looking strong at the top of the table. Tough run home for both WPH and WRR. 

Injuries or tired legs could have possibly come into play last night for WHP as they had a big game agaisnt 2nd pace WRR on saturday, but that should never be an excuse. Perhpas NR just wanted it more and turned up to play, WPH obviessly came out too relaxed.

Maybe this will be a bit of a wake up call they need for the rest of the season. Going into STA on the weekend who they only beat 2-1 last round, plus 2 massive games in the Penno derby still to come...
