Everytime shit-talking occurs on this forum, there's undoubtedly someone that posts this type of comment. Almost like it's certain people from clubs trying to protect themselves for taking banter too far to then suggest widely that the broader community public would then post anonymously to bad-mouth clubs.

these comments made by the "Normanhurst ultras" to the putney child are absolutely disgusting. Derogatory. Distasteful. Disgraceful. And not to mention not in the spirit of the game. They seem to be all talk and no substance and action needs to be taken by the association or the clubs involved. As a father I don't want to put my kid into an association that fosters hate speech and cruel language. Normanhurst watch out this is not your first altercation with this kind of thing.

Heard there is another Putney game in All Age that is being heavily watched by the association. 

The common denominator? Putney. 

I'm nearly certain that NWSF officials are going to be at the game. Despite what the forum says, the Putney and Normanhurst players aren't chomping at the bits to kick the shit out of each other. I've heard the association has told both coaches that their players are to be on their best behaviour. The game will be played hard but I can't imagine anything major will happen. The player from Normanhurst who started all this had been suspended. Pretty sure both clubs have told their players to avoid the forum all together.

Now onto the actual match. Putney got off to a flying start this season but the wheels are beginning to fall off. They lost to a 10 men penno outfit in a game they really should've won considering the penno player got sent off in the 1st half. Putney also missed a penalty which would've put the game to bed. They then lost mid week to North Ryde in a 6-4 thriller. They won't want to lose 3 on the trot especially considering the position on the table of both North Ryde and Normanhurst.

Normanhurst have been in poor form, leaking heaps of goals for a team that used to be one of the better defensive units in the league. After beating West Penno they haven't won a game and as a result have fallen right down the table. A loss to Putney could put them dangerously close to a relegation scrap. Playing at home they will be desperate for a win to try and salvage a pretty awful season by their usual standards.

I think Putney will come out on top. Both teams can score goals but can their defences stop anything? I predict a 3-2 Putney victory 

I'm mates with a few of the Putney boys. One of them told me that Candy and a couple of the others are seething about what happened at Christie.
